He even helped us find reliable contractors to help with revisions we wanted to make to our house. He also gave us great advice on staging prior to the sale and his team did an amazing job showcasing our house beautifully in photographs and video. Once we were in escrow, Ryan did a wonderful and effective job at negotiating on our behalf despite several challenges we encountered on the buyer's side.   Ryan is very proficient at his craft. Had to sell and buy within a specified time frame for deal to go down and took a lot of give and take and messaging with several folks ... focused on win/win and got it done. Net of deal more than adequate. Ryan may be more qualified than most so had to deal with other realtors not very savvy, knowledgeable or as buttoned up on detail so he had to do extra work to make up for their lack of proficiency. He did a great job of helping us find good, fair priced and on time contractors to help us prepare our home for sale and Ryan gave us very good ideas on what where to spend our money for the most return and improved showing and sale value. Ryan did an excellent job of following up on work needed on our house when we were not around and made the whole preparation and sale process to very smooth. He even found us a great moving company that was very helpful in saving us moving costs. I also believe that Ryan did an outstanding job of helping us price our home properly in order to get the highest sale price and the quickest sale for the market conditions. Our home was sold within a couple days of our first open house. Ryan is a real "start" to "finish" agent.
